Free Bus Travel for Young Adult Carers Through the West of England Youth Guarantee

Young people aged 18 to 21 in the West of England can now benefit from free bus travel thanks to the Youth Guarantee—a regional initiative designed to remove barriers and open up opportunities.

Everyone who signs up receives a free bus pass, helping them get to interviews, training, and placements without worrying about transport costs. The programme also offers personalised coaching and connections to local employers, supporting young adults to take their next steps with confidence.

The Youth Guarantee is working with businesses across the region to create tasters, placements, and interview pathways, helping grow local talent and build a stronger future workforce.
