Ahead of Vounteers Week (2–8 June), we want to take a moment to say thank you to the amazing volunteers who help us support you.
Whether it’s a friendly voice on the phone, a welcome at an event, or help behind the scenes, our volunteers make it possible for us to be there when carers need us most.

One of those volunteers is Neil, a former carer who now gives his time to support others through regular check-in calls. His story is a reminder that even small conversations can have a big impact.
