We’re delighted to announce that The Anchor Society has agreed to fund our Befriending and Connection Service, helping us continue to provide vital emotional and social support to carers across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
This generous funding will enable us to reach more carers who may be feeling isolated or disconnected due to the demands of their caring role. Whether you're looking for companionship, a listening ear, or simply someone to check in regularly, our trained volunteers are here to offer friendly, meaningful connection.
The Befriending and Connection Service is available by phone, and offers a supportive space to build relationships, share experiences, and feel less alone. You can find out more and refer yourself directly via our Befriending and Connection page.
We’re incredibly grateful to The Anchor Society for recognising the importance of connection and wellbeing for carers. Their support helps us ensure that no carer has to face their journey in isolation.
