Upcoming Walks for Carers – Autumn 2025

We’re pleased to announce two weekly walking groups for carers this autumn, offering a chance to connect with nature, meet others, and enjoy gentle exercise in a supportive environment.

Walks for Black Female Carers – St George’s Park

  • Thursdays: 16th, 23rd October & 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th November
  • Time: 10.30 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.

A Somali interpreter will be available, and carers from all communities are warmly welcome.

Walks for Carers – Yate (Brimsham Green Park)

  • Mondays: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th November & 1st, 8th December
  • Time: 11.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.

This season, we’re delighted to be joined by the Forest of Avon Trust, who will share their expertise to help us explore the local flora and fauna and deepen our enjoyment of the natural world.
