The Carers Support Group South is run by Alzheimer’s Society and brings together unpaid carers supporting someone with dementia in a welcoming and supportive environment. The group offers time and space to talk openly about caring, share practical information and connect with others who understand the challenges and changes dementia can bring. Sessions are facilitated by experienced staff, with refreshments available, and aim to help carers feel less isolated and more supported.
