The Dundridge Carers Café is a welcoming, dementia‑inclusive space for anyone who supports a family member or friend living with dementia or memory loss. Held at the friendly Tuck n Hale Coffee Shop in Dundridge Park, the café offers a relaxed environment where carers can connect with others, share ideas and take time out in a supportive community setting.
You can drop in for as long as is helpful—whether you have lots of energy or just a little to spare. Refreshments, including hot and cold drinks and a selection of cakes, are available to purchase, while access to the café sessions themselves is completely free.
This is a gentle, practical way to meet people who understand the realities of caring, find local support, and leave with a little more in your tank.
You can simply drop in—no booking required.
