If you're a Chinese carer looking after a loved one, our Walk and Talks for Carers sessions are here to support you in a warm, welcoming environment.
These gentle walks offer companionship, a chance to connect with nature, and someone who truly listens. We understand that language can be a barrier, so Cantonese and Mandarin interpreters are available at every session to ensure you feel fully included and understood.
Whether you're new to caring or have been doing it for years, you're not alone—support is here, in your language and your community.
If you’d like to join the Walk and Talk for Chinese carers/為華人照顧者/为华人照护者, you can simply complete our online form or call Stacey on
07742 291073 – we’re here to help make it as easy as possible for you.
We provide support, information and advice to carers of any age living in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
