Our support groups are free and open to anyone affected by bipolar — including family members, friends, and carers. You don’t need a confirmed diagnosis to attend; if you’d like to learn more about bipolar or related conditions such as cyclothymia, you’re very welcome.

The UK’s only charity dedicated to supporting people affected by bipolar disorder, their families and carers. They offer peer support groups (in-person and online), a moderated eCommunity, one-to-one support, and resources to help manage bipolar and improve wellbeing.
