Dhek Bhal’s South Asian Carers Support Group provides a culturally sensitive and supportive environment for carers from South Asian communities. The group meets monthly on Wednesdays, giving carers the chance to connect with others in similar situations, share experiences, and access practical advice and emotional support.
Each session may include guest speakers, wellbeing activities, courses, or outings. The group is carer-led, and suggestions from members are always welcome. It’s a space where carers can feel heard, valued, and supported.
Supporting South Asian carers and older people in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, Dhek Bhal offers culturally sensitive services including day care, home visits, and emotional support.
