Walk and Talk is a free service offering relaxed, supportive group walks for unpaid carers across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Led by a friendly Carers Support Officer, these walks provide a chance to connect with others, enjoy nature, and access practical advice in a welcoming environment.
Walks take place in local green spaces and run in six-week blocks. Groups are tailored to different needs — including carers on their own, carers with the person they care for, young adult carers, and Chinese carers (with Cantonese and Mandarin interpreters available). Walks are designed to be inclusive and accessible, with adjustments made for mobility needs.
We provide support, information and advice to carers of any age living in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
