The Sporting Memories group offers a welcoming space for those living with dementia and their carers to reminisce about sporting events, heroes, and personal experiences. Sessions include friendly discussions, memory prompts, and activities designed to spark conversation and connection. It’s a great way to reduce isolation, celebrate shared interests, and enjoy a relaxed social atmosphere.
