The Bristol Eating Disorder Support Group offers informal, peer-led meetings for anyone aged 18+ who is living with an eating disorder or supporting someone who is. The group provides a non-judgmental environment to share experiences, listen, and connect with others who understand. Facilitators guide the discussion but do not provide therapy or treatment. Attendance is free, and no booking is required.
