Group sessions provide a safe space to share experiences and learn together, while the Peer Support Group offers informal monthly meet-ups for mutual support. Additional options include the Combined Freedom Programme (for women affected by domestic abuse linked to substance misuse) and Kick Start check-ins for those awaiting a place. The service aims to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and empower families and friends to cope more effectively.
