The Care and Connect Group, run by Headway Bristol, offers a welcoming space for people affected by brain injury, including unpaid carers, to meet others, share experiences, and access support. The group provides an opportunity to take time out, gain practical advice, and build connections with those who understand the challenges of caring for someone with a brain injury. It is part of Headway Bristol’s wider Carers Support Service, which includes crisis advice, one-to-one support, and information resources.
