Carers Time Groups are safe, welcoming spaces for unpaid carers to take a break from their responsibilities, meet others who understand, and enjoy activities in a relaxed environment. Funded by Bristol Charities and run by Carers Support, these sessions are designed to support carers’ wellbeing, reduce isolation, and build community connections. Each group offers time to chat, share experiences, and take part in activities that help carers recharge and feel supported. Groups are open to all carers, with some sessions particularly welcoming carers from specific communities, such as Somali carers in St George.
