The Somali Carers Group provides a safe and friendly space for Somali carers to take a break, meet others, and share experiences. Sessions are designed to reduce isolation, offer mutual support, and provide information about local services. The group is part of the Carers Time Groups initiative, funded by Bristol Charities, and aims to support carers’ wellbeing through community connection and practical advice.
