Singing for the Brain is a friendly and inclusive group that uses singing to stimulate memory, improve wellbeing and bring joy. Led by experienced facilitators, sessions include vocal warm-ups and a mix of familiar and new songs. No musical experience is needed. The group is designed for people living with dementia and their carers, offering a safe space to connect and have fun.
