South West Carers 4 BPD is a voluntarily led peer support group for carers supporting someone with borderline personality disorder. The group meets online twice a month via Zoom, offering a safe and friendly space to share experiences, worries, and hopes. Members benefit from mutual understanding, practical advice, and occasional input from BPD experts. The group aims to reduce isolation and raise awareness of the challenges carers face.
