Soundwell offers free music therapy groups for unpaid carers, helping to support emotional wellbeing through creativity and connection. No musical experience is needed. Sessions include singing, listening, and expressive music-making in a safe and welcoming environment. Groups are held in Bristol and Bath, with options for face-to-face and online participation. Carers can also join open groups and singing for wellbeing sessions.
