The Retreat Memory Café is a friendly and inclusive space for anyone affected by dementia, including carers and those concerned about memory loss. Held twice a month in Soundwell, the café offers a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy a range of activities—from crafts and singing to guest speakers. It’s a supportive environment where you can ask questions, share experiences, and meet others who understand. Free refreshments are provided, and you’re welcome to drop in at any time.
