Rethink Carers Service hosts a monthly online discussion and support group for family members and partners of people living with mental health challenges. Each session begins with a recorded talk from a mental health professional, followed by a facilitated group discussion where carers can reflect, ask questions, and support one another in a confidential and understanding environment.

This group is designed to help carers feel informed, connected, and less alone in their caring role. It’s a safe space to explore difficult topics, gain practical insights, and build resilience through shared experience.

Please note: this group is for carers only and not for the people they support.

How to access this service

To join, please register via the Carers Online Q&A and Support Group registration page or email bristolcarers@rethink.org for more details.
