The Rethink Carers Service Hub is a monthly in-person meet-up for family members and partners supporting someone with mental health needs. Held at The Social Café in Bristol, this informal drop-in offers a chance to connect with other carers, share experiences, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
Staff from Rethink are available during the first hour to offer support and answer questions, but carers are welcome to stay longer and continue conversations at their own pace. Whether you're looking for advice, companionship, or simply a change of scene, the Hub is a welcoming space where carers can feel understood and supported.
Please note: this group is for carers only and not for the people they support.
