Cambrian Green Day Centre provides specialist day care for up to 25 residents with dementia who are living at home in South Gloucestershire. The centre offers a stimulating and supportive environment tailored to the needs of people living with dementia, helping to improve wellbeing, maintain independence, and reduce isolation.

The service also gives family carers a much-needed break, knowing their loved one is safe, engaged, and cared for by an experienced team.
To attend, your support needs must be assessed by a South Gloucestershire social worker.
