Memory Connections provides a safe, welcoming space for people with mild to moderate memory loss or dementia. These weekly two-hour sessions use Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST)—the only non-drug treatment recommended by NICE—to help maintain memory skills, build confidence, and reduce isolation. Activities include arts and crafts, reminiscence therapy, quizzes, music, and gentle movement, all designed to support cognitive health and emotional wellbeing. Sessions also offer valuable social interaction and respite for carers.
Booking is essential. Call 07861 385 543 or email [email protected].
