Singing for the Brain is a welcoming, dementia-friendly singing group that uses the power of music to support memory and wellbeing. Led by experienced facilitators, sessions include familiar songs, gentle rhythm activities, and plenty of laughter. Singing together can help improve mood, reduce isolation, and stimulate cognitive function—all in a safe, supportive environment. Carers are warmly invited to join in too, making it a shared experience that strengthens social bonds.
