Best Life’s Day Club is a nurturing community hub for adults experiencing memory challenges. Sessions follow Cognitive Stimulation Therapy principles to support cognitive health and emotional wellbeing. Participants enjoy a rich mix of social and engaging activities:
Intergenerational interactions with local preschoolers
Visits from therapy pets
Chair‑based exercises, music, arts & crafts, games, and lively discussions over lunch
Live performances and guest speaker sessions
Regular day trips to museums, parks, boat tours, dockyards, and local attractions
Each session includes a nutritious two‑course hot lunch and all activity materials. Staff are fully vaccinated and trained to follow relevant safety protocols.
You’re welcome to attend a free taster session—just turn up on any scheduled day. Registration is via an online booking form. To continue attending, set up a direct debit arrangement. Lunch, activities, and all resources are included. For transport support, Bristol residents can use Community Transport; South Gloucestershire participants can access Green Community Transport.
