Living Well Days is a welcoming, dementia-friendly day centre run by Your Care UK, designed to support people living with dementia with engaging activities and companionship in a safe, supportive setting. Sessions include gentle sports, movement activities, meaningful conversation and social connection, all led by a dementia-trained team who tailor activities to individual needs and pace. These group sessions offer regular respite and reassurance for families and carers, helping participants stay active, connected and confident while giving carers peace of mind.
