Ward 34 at Southmead Hospital recently dedicated a week to raising awareness of carers and the vital role they play in patient care, recovery and wellbeing. Working alongside Carers Liaison Jo Wells, the ward provided information, guidance and support for carers, patients and staff, while helping to strengthen recognition of carers as valued partners in care.
